Hello and welcome to a brand new aslammemon.com. It's been long since I have written a blog. So long that I've gained 20 kgs more to my Double XL body! :P Jokes apart, I have actually been missing the trill of amazing comments and heart breaking criticism from all of you lovely people who have always understood design better than me. I am really serious now :D. I have been dying to re-start my blog for a while. Since the lazy person in me never really died, I had to kill him myself. I did, and here you are, reading ek dum garma garam blog from me. Also, I really want to thank all of you guys for motivating me. Although from a very tiny part of my heart, I really am grateful :P

So what have I been doing all this while? Ohh! I have been really really busy! I did some great logos like Volition Labs, Unique, Pravas and others. I have also done a couple of websites. Mindgardenz being one of them. I also built a Facebook fan page app for Movies Now, which I will add to my this new portfolio soon.

Lately, I have also been working hard on this (my portfolio cum blog) website. Believe it or not, even I've lost the count of mockups I made for this site. Initially I wanted to stick with html / css / js - one page layout and created many designs. I was keen on one design and wanted to show it to everyone, but then I decided to have a blog too along with my portfolio. Because of that I had to shift to a CMS based website. However, I kept the layout pretty much similar to what I had for my HTML based site.

What I promise to bring in from this website? Well, I plan to make this site very inspirational to young designers and all my fellow friends who can not only get inspired from my work but also by surfing through some amazing blog post or links of other great designers, who have always inspired me. I will also be posting some interesting blogs myself and will talk about lots of dimensions of design and its world.
